Kadyrov explains his threats to opponents of vaccination

In response to the media reports about threats against residents of Chechnya who do not want to be vaccinated against coronavirus, Ramzan Kadyrov has said that the tough anti-epidemic measures taken by the Chechen authorities do not contradict the policy of President Vladimir Putin.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that at a meeting of the Operational Headquarters for the Fight Against Coronavirus held on May 25, Ramzan Kadyrov claimed that residents of Chechnya massively refuse to be vaccinated against coronavirus and are spreading conspiracy theories on social media sites. The leader of the region threatened medical services should be provided to the above people last.

Today, Ramzan Kadyrov has accused journalists of misinterpreting the anti-epidemic measures taken in Chechnya and trying to provoke a political scandal.

The leader of Chechnya has once again declared his personal loyalty to the Russian President. Ramzan Kadyrov called himself a “Putin’s infantry soldier.” The leader of Chechnya has explained his threats against opponents of vaccination with an attempt to prevent the third wave of the coronavirus epidemic. “There is nothing strange that I criticize the opponents of vaccination. One such skeptic is able to trigger the third wave of the coronavirus epidemic in the republic and provoke deaths of hundreds of people. And my recent assignment concerns the conduct of large-scale explanatory work with the involvement of regional religious leaders in every village, town, and city, with every resident,” Ramzan Kadyrov wrote in his Telegram channel.
