Peacemakers escort five columns of Azerbaijani militaries to Nagorno-Karabakh

Four military columns of Azerbaijani Army accompanied by peacemakers drove along the Lachin Corridor and one - along the Shusha-Kadjar route and back, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Russian peacemakers are regularly ensuring safe passage of Azerbaijani military servicemen in Nagorno-Karabakh. On May 7, the Russian MoD reported on the escorting of four convoys of the Azerbaijani Army along the Lachin Corridor and two convoys – along the Shusha-Kadjar route and back.

In the evening on May 14, the Russian MoD reported on its website that Russian militaries had escorted five columns of the Azerbaijani militaries.

Four military columns drove through the Lachin Corridor in the northern and southern directions, another one – along the Shusha (the Armenian name is Shushi) via Krasny Bazar (the Azerbaijani name is Gyrmyzy Bazar) to Kadjar, the Russian MoD has reported.

Besides, peacemakers ensured safe pilgrims' access to the Church of the Holy Resurrection in Lachin.
