Tumso's support of Gezmakhmaev attracts attention of YouTube users

In their comments to Tumso Abdurakhmanov's video about the testimonies of former policeman, Suleiman Gezmakhmaev, about extrajudicial executions and torture of detainees in Chechnya, YouTube users have suggested to disseminate this information as much as possible and translate into foreign languages.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 19, Abdurakhmanov commented on Gezmakhmaev's testimonies about extrajudicial executions in Chechnya and the reaction of the republic's authorities to the "Novaya Gazeta" investigation. According to the blogger, the authorities are trying to undermine the credibility of Gezmakhmaev's story with unconvincing accusations against him.

On March 15, the "Novaya Gazeta" newspaper published a part of its inquiry into extrajudicial executions in Chechnya. A former law enforcer, Suleiman Gezmakhmaev, told about how the residents of the republic, detained in January 2017, were forced to self-incriminate before the extrajudicial execution under torture. After the publication, Gezmakhmaev's relatives in Chechnya received threats: law enforcers demanded from Suleiman to declare his story to be fiction.

"We must spread this information as much as possible; those, who know foreign languages, translate it into English, Arabic, and Turkish, let the whole world know the truth about the people's bloodsuckers!" the DON DON TV has called in November 2020.
