On March 1-7, two persons suffered in armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

During the week of March 1-7, 2021, two people suffered during the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus – one perished and one was wounded. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other sources.

The casualty is a civilian from Ingushetia.

Explosions and terror acts

On March 4, in Ingushetia, while searching for metal, several people stumbled upon an explosive device in the village of Plievo, Nazran District. An explosion occurred, as a result of which one person perished and the second one was seriously wounded.

Let us remind you that a week earlier during the conflict in Northern Caucasus, two people also suffered. On February 25, in the village of Uchkeken, Malokarachai District of Karachay-Cherkessia, a car driver stabbed a policeman, and a passenger fired a shotgun at a "Rosgvardia" (Russian National Guard) serviceman. On February 28, one of the attackers was detained.
