Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria has sentenced members of jama'at "Yarmuk"

Today, the Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria has announced its verdict to two members of jama'at "Yarmuk."

Magomed Zhantuev was sentenced to 20 years of custody with serving his verdict in a tight security colony, and Ismail Baluev - to 6.5 years in a general security colony. The court also ruled that Magomed Zhantuev should compensate moral damage to the parents of perished militiaman A. Moskalenko in the sum of 150,000 roubles.

Advocate Tatiana Psomiadi has stated that she will appeal against the sentence in judicial instances of the Russian Federation. In her opinion, the jury has treated her client with prejudice.
