Nagorno-Karabakh reports names of 45 perished militaries

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh has published a list of 45 soldiers who perished during the conflict escalation. According to the MoD, the total number of casualties among military servicemen has reached 1870.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that by December 20, the number of casualties among Nagorno-Karabakh's militaries amounted to 1825 people. During the entire search period, starting in mid-November, the remains of 1069 soldiers were found, the searchers reported on December 24.

The Nagorno-Karabakh's MoD has published another list of 45 names of perished servicemen. The total number of dead soldiers of the unrecognized republic has reached 1870, the "News.am" has reported today.

The searchers have found the remains of four servicemen of Nagorno-Karabakh. From November 13 to December 25, the bodies and remains of 1073 soldiers and civilians were found in the territory where the hostilities occurred, said Unan Tadevosyan, the head of the public relations division of the Nagorno-Karabakh's emergency service. "Today, the searching works continue in the vicinity of Fizuli (the Azeri name is Varanada), Zangelan (Kovsakan), Madagis (Sugovushan) and Djabrail (Djrakan)," the "Sputnik Armenia" has quoted Mr Tadevosyan as saying today.
