Chechen authorities allocate 10.2 million more for awards named after Kadyrov

The leadership of Chechnya has placed an order, on the website of state purchases, for the manufacture from gold and precious stones of orders and medals named after Akhmat Kadyrov worth 10.2 million roubles. This is at least the third tender for such awards since December 2019.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in December 2019, the Centre for Supporting the Activities of the Administration of the Head and the Government of the Chechen Republic placed an order for the production from gold and precious stones of 20 orders and medals named after Akhmat Kadyrov worth 4.6 million roubles. This July, an application for the production of 15 other orders and 15 medals appeared on the public procurement website. The amount of the second order was 10.2 million roubles.

On October 29, the Committee for State Orders of the Government of the Chechen Republic posted on the website of the Unified Information System in the field of procurement an application for the production of another batch of 15 medals and 15 orders named after Akhmat Kadyrov. The total cost of the order will amount to 10.2 million roubles. Thus, the total sum of the above three orders for orders and medals named after Akhmat Kadyrov reached 25 million roubles.
