Armenian Premier got infected with COVID-19

The coronavirus test of Nikol Pashinyan, the Armenian Prime Minister, proved to be positive; he has switched over to remote work.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that as of May 31, Armenia had 9282 confirmed COVID-19 patients; the death toll increased up to 131.

Mr Pashinyan reported on coronavirus infection on his Facebook. According to his story, the virus was detected in all members of his family, but he and all relatives are sick asymptomatically.

The Premier has suggested that he became infected during one of the working meetings. "I suspect that this happened when, the participants of the meeting were given glasses for water without gloves. Then the waiter had his coronavirus confirmed," he said, adding that he would now work in isolation from his residence "as far as possible."

Let's note here that today is Nikol Pashinyan's 45th birthday.
