British authorities: Litvinenko's murder is an act of state terrorism

The British authorities think that poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko looks like a murder organized by a state. This murder is qualified as an act of state terrorism, the Newsru.com informs with a reference to The Times. The scouts of Great Britain have proofs that Litvinenko was poisoned by foreign agents.

Meanwhile, The Guardian writes that one of the versions of Litvinenko's poisoning considered by the investigation is that he could poison himself but did not expect the lethal outcome. This version, along with others, is seriously considered by Scotland Yard, however, earlier it was disclosed for ethical reasons - Mr. Litvinenko was still alive and actively struggled with poison for his life. The newspaper does not explain how Litvinenko had managed to get such amount of polonium-210.

On November 1, Alexander Litvinenko was poisoned in one of London restaurants during his meeting with informant Mario Skaramella. Litvinenko then explained that Skaramella gave him some documents containing information about the killers of journalist Anna Politkovskaya.
