Azerbaijan claims shelling of two villages in conflict zone
During the last 24 hours, the positions of the Azerbaijani Army stationed near the Armenian border and in the Karabakh conflict zone were shelled fro 23 times, the country's Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated.
According to the MoD, the positions of the Azerbaijani Army deployed in the village of Guschu Airym of the Gazakh District and in the village of Zamanly of the Gadabay District came under fire.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 6, Azerbaijan counted 24 shelling attacks in the conflict zone. In its turn, the MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh stated that Araik Shakhpazyan, a soldier of the Defence Army, was wounded by a shot from the Azerbaijani side.
