"Beslan Mothers" are satisfied with recognition of the conclusions of the situational examination to be illegal

The Leninskiy District Court of Vladikavkaz has recognized to be illegal the conclusions of the so-called situational examination on the main case on Beslan terror act. A complaint on the examination conclusions was lodged by the victims from among the members of the "Beslan Mothers" Committee and their lawyer Taimuraz Chedzhemov.

The court decision was made back on November 9. Meanwhile, the Mothers stated that they were not ready to make comments on the event at that time. Anneta Gadieva, representative of the "Beslan Mothers," noted when talking to the correspondent of the "Caucasian Knot" that women did not want "to ride before the hounds," and are going to wait until the court decision acquires its final legal force.

"When listening to the verdict standing, the women could not hold back their. It is our small, but still a victory," Ms. Gadieva said.
