One of examinations on Beslan recognized illegal

The Leninskiy District Court of the city of Vladikavkaz has recognized the so-called situational examination on Beslan act of terror to be illegal. "The victims and I have appealed against the results and judgement of the examination at the court," Teimuraz Chedzhemov, advocate of the Beslan September 2004 terror act victims told the "Interfax."

He noted that, according to the examination outcomes, "it turned out that the actions of the officials and leaders of the operative headquarters had been lawful," the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.

We remind you that deputy Savelyev has published his own report named "Beslan: Hostages' Truth." According to the basic conclusions of the report, the first and second explosions in the gym and the fire were results of shots made from a flame thrower and a grenade launcher from the five-storey houses opposite the school. The public promulgation only of the report "Beslan: Hostages' Truth" has forced the parliamentary commission to continue their work.
