Three Vagram Avagyan's colleagues accused under his death case

Investigators have charged two other colleagues of the soldier, Vagram Avagyan, who perished in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), with non-statute relations (hazing); therefore, there are now three persons accused in his death base.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 30, Vagram Avagyan, a conscript soldier, died from a gunshot wound in one of the NKR's military units. On February 4, the Investigating Committee of Armenia reported that David Movsesyan, his colleague, was charged under the article "Violation of the statutory relation rules among military servicemen .., entailing grave consequences through negligence" (Part 3, Article 359, of the Criminal Code of Armenia).

Now, two more Vagram Avagyan's colleagues have been charged under the same article, making the total number of three defendants in the case, Naira Arutyunyan, the press secretary of the Investigating Committee of Armenia, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent on February 5.
