Witness confirms kidnapping of Dagestanis killed in Chechnya
An employee of the car technical service station has confirmed to the court that three out of eight Dagestanis, who were then declared killed in Chechnya, were kidnapped before his eyes, the advocate has narrated.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that, according to law enforcers, on October 9, 2016, in the Gudermes District of Chechnya, eight alleged militants were killed and four policemen were wounded in a shootout. Law enforcers keep claiming that the casualties had prepared a terror act. However, according to their relatives, the Dagestanis were kidnapped and then killed.
The Supreme Court (SC) of Chechnya has begun questioning defendants' representatives and the witnesses, Sergey Denisenko, a lawyer of the "Agora" international human rights group, who is representing the defendants' interests, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent on February 3.
According to his story, five persons were interrogated, including a worker from the car service station in Khasavyurt.
"The worker of the car service station was the witness of kidnapping of three defendants, Klych Klychev, Gosen Gosenov and Kamil Djamaludinov. On that day, Klychev with his friends arrived at the station to repair his car. They were kidnapped or, one might say, captured right in front of a service station worker," said the advocate.
