Instagram users treat apologies of Moscow woman for criticizing Kadyrov as forced
The public repentance of the Moscow woman, who had criticized Ramzan Kadyrov, is backed up the "Chechen Ministry for Apologies", Instagram users believe. Some commentators have reproached the woman; others pointed to the freedom of speech.
Iman Kurbanova, an Instagram user, has apologized for criticizing the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and the republic's Mufti, Salakh Mezhiev.
Many commentators in the Instagram community "About Chechnya" have criticized Kurbanova.
"A lesson to you for the whole life," wrote the user chuppalg98. "Didn't you know that your tongue can be cut off for slander?" the user murtazova41 has noted.
However, some commentators stood up for the young woman. "Does Kadyrov feel better after humiliating and disgracing the woman?" asked the user abdai_kuyada.
Forced apologies are insincere, other users have noted.
"But what about the freedom of speech? Or do we have a Stalin-type dictatorship?" a commentator stop.121 in the community "hello_grozny" objected to critics of Kurbanova. He believes that only weak authorities are afraid of comments on the Internet.
Many commentators pointed out the absence of details about the young woman's guilt.
