Mother of Elina Ersenoeva, the last Basaev's wife, kidnapped in Chechnya
On October 6, in the village of Starye Atagi of the Grozny Rural District of the Chechen Republic, the members of unknown power units kidnapped mother of earlier disappeared Elina Ersenoeva, a string correspondent of the "Chechenskoye Obschestvo" newspaper and the last wife of Shamil Basaev. This news is reported in the message of the Russian-Chechen Information Agency that got into the editorial office of the "Caucasian Knot."
On October 6, unknown people called the woman up and said that they had information on the location and fate of her kidnapped daughter. The strangers offered Elina Ersenoeva's mother to come to meet them at the building of Rural Administration and to take information from them. On her way to the building, the woman was kidnapped by a group of persons in camouflage suits.
We remind you that Elina Ersenoeva, Shamil Basaev's last wife, was kidnapped in Chechnya on August 17 this year. The young woman of 26 was an employee of the Chechen Youth Information Centre for HIV Prevention and a string correspondent of the "Chechenskoye Obschestvo" (Chechen Society) newspaper.
