The positions of the Azerbaijani Army were shelled from large-calibre machine guns and mortars, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 11, Azerbaijan claimed a shelling attack on a village in the conflict zone.

"Within the last 24 hours, units of the Armed Forces of Armenia, by using large-calibre machine guns and 60-mm mortars, violated the ceasefire regime for 18 times," says the website of the Azerbaijani MoD.

According to the MoD, the positions of the Azerbaijani Army deployed on the nameless heights in the Gadabay District, which borders on Armenia, were subjected to shelling.
