Two women-natives of Ingushetia suspected of links with Syrian militants

Investigators have suspected that two women left Ingushetia for Syria and were helping the militants of an international terrorist organization.

According to law enforcers, one of the suspects has been in Syria since March 2014, and the other – since June 2015, where they "are helping members of a terrorist organization."

Criminal proceedings have been instituted against the women-natives of Ingushetia, aged 32 and 42; each of them is under a threat of up to 20 years in prison.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that on May 6, a similar case was initiated against three other women-residents of Ingushetia.
