Chechen blogger Abdurakhmanov shows Akhmat Kadyrov's sermon about Christians

YouTube users have thanked Tumso Abdurakhmanov for posting an archive video, in which Ramzan Kadyrov's father spoke disrespectfully about Christians and unbelievers. Akhmat Kadyrov's statements about Christians contradict the Islam; they mean a radical position, Orientalists have pointed out.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in May this year, Ramzan Kadyrov continued his dispute with Abdurakhmanov about his father and equated him to Prophet Muhammad. Residents of Chechnya treated such a comparison as incorrect.

On May 13, Abdurakhmanov posted in his YouTube a fragment of Akhmat Kadyrov's speech pronounced in January 1996. In the video, he blamed Christians and unbelievers as "Allah's dogs."

The assessment that Akhmat Kadyrov gave to Christians is marginal; the overwhelming majority of Muslims do not share it, Akhmet Yarlykapov, an Orientalist, is sure.

Alexei Malashenko, a political analyst, agrees with him. Insulting Christians as "Allah's dogs" is contrary to the provisions of Islam, he has stressed.

Mikhail Roschin, another Orientalist, has noted that, after this post, Abdurakhmanov is in even greater danger. "Should he live in Russia, Kadyrov would have quickly found how to punish him," Mr Roschin has concluded.

Let us remind you that this April, Abdurakhmanov's relatives, living in Chechnya, publicly renounced him for his criticism of Ramzan Kadyrov's father. Rights defenders have suggested that this was done under authorities' pressure.
