Activist Bagaudin Khautiev released in Ingushetia

Bagaudin Khautiev, the head for the Council of Youth Organizations in Ingushetia, detained by law enforcers after an unsanctioned action in Sunzha, was set free home.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 25, after the news about the resignation of Issa Khashagulgov as the district head, activists and residents of the Sunzha District of Ingushetia came to the building of the district administration. After the gathering, Bagaudin Khautiev was detained by law enforcers, and a post calling people on not to go to the rally appeared on his Facebook page.

The rally in Sunzha demanded explanations from the officials on whether it was really planned to transfer a part of the territory of Ingushetia to Chechnya.

Bagaudin Khautiev was set free home at about 11:40 p.m. Moscow time, an informed source told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The source has also confirmed that on September 25, Sarazhdin Sultygov and Musa Albogachiev, the co-chairs of the movement "Mekhk Kkhel", got summons with the demand to come to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Ingushetia in the morning on September 26.

Ruslan Mutsolgov, the leader of the Ingush "Yabloko" Party and a lawyer of the human rights organization "Mashr", was also summoned to the MIA: a policeman called him via phone and offered to come to the police in the morning on September 26 "for a conversation," Ruslan Mutsolgov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
