In Magomedov brothers' case, court arrests property and accounts of "Summa" Group

Today, the Tver Court of Moscow has announced imposing security arrest on cars, apartments and a share in the authorized capital of legal entities in the criminal case against Ziyavudin and Magomed Magomedov, co-owners of the "Summa" Group of Companies.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that since March 31, Ziyavudin Magomedov and his brother Magomed Magomedov, a former senator, are being kept in custody in Moscow. They have already been charged with fraud and organizing a criminal community to steal budget funds.

Earlier, sources from the law enforcement bodies have reported that the Magomedov brothers were charged with embezzling 2.5 billion roubles of budget funds.

Today, Svetlana Maksimova, the acting spokesperson for the Tver Court of Moscow, has announced the Court's decision to arrest property and accounts of the "Summa" Group of Companies.

"At the request of the investigators, the Court has imposed security arrest on four cars, two apartments and a share in the authorized capital of legal entities in the criminal case against the Magomedov brothers," reported Svetlana Maksimova as quoted by the city news agency "Moscow".
