The Kirov District Court of Astrakhan has found Abudin Mustafaev, a detained participant of the action "He's not our tsar!", guilty of petty hooliganism with disobedience to the police.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 5, before Vladimir Putin's inauguration as Russian President, the action of his opponents "He's not our tsar!" was held in Astrakhan first in the form of a sanctioned rally, and then – as a walk in the direction of the Astrakhan Kremlin. 24 persons were detained, the activists Abudin Mustafaev and Yaroslav Savin complained about the use of force against them.

This morning, Abudin Mustafaev was brought to a session of the Kirov District Court, where the judge sentenced him to a five-day arrest under Part 2, Article 20.1, of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism, coupled with disobedience to the lawful demand of a power representative), the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
