Body of man killed in CTO thrown in Chechen village's square

A video has appeared on the Internet, showing, according to social network users, the body of Khamzat Baimuradov, a Chechen resident, who was killed at an attempt to detain him, and whose body was brought to the village square.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the evening on January 3, Abubakar Ustarkhanov, a local police boss, was shot dead in the village of Avtury in the Shali District. The suspected gunman was blocked in the village outskirt, rendered resistance and was killed by return fire.

He was identified as Khamzat Baimuradov, a 27-year-old local resident, who had previously served in police and was tried for complicity with militants, a source of the "Caucasian Knot" from the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) told on January 4.

Today, a reader of the "Caucasian Knot" posted in his comment to the news story "Suspect of executing Chechen policeman killed" a link to the video posted on the social network "VKontakte", which shows people, including armed ones and in law enforcers' uniform, standing around a man's body lying on the ground.

The same video was posted on January 4 on the "YouTube" under the heading "Killer of Avtury police boss liquidated".

According to users of the "Telegram", the square of the village of Avtury is in the video, the "Dozhd" TV Channel reports today.
