For Dagestanis, minimum cost of going for Hajj reaches 2400 US dollars

Next year, pilgrims from Dagestan will be able to choose several programmes to go to Mecca. So far, only two tours ‑ "Economy" and "Standard" ‑ have been approved. The least expensive option for 2400 US dollars involves sending pilgrims from Makhachkala to the city of Aqaba in Jordan and then to Medina, and the "Standard" tour for 2900 US dollars provides for a direct route from Makhachkala to Medina. To catch the above prices, pilgrims are to pay for a programme until February 15, the company "Marva-Tour" reported on its website on October 25.

The early applications for Hajj in 2018 can be explained by the fact that next year, the prices for Hajj services from Saudi Arabia are expected to rise, and that will cause the increase in prices for Hajj programmes by the next spring, the "AiF-Dagestan" reports with reference to an agent of the company "Marva-Tour".

According to the "Marva-Tour", the total duration of the trip will be 20-25 days.
