Nemtsov family advocate explains where to look for the murder customer

A person who ordered the Boris Nemtsov's murder had a political motive, and investigators proved that victims were right when they claimed the need to involve in the case top-ranking officials from Chechnya. This opinion was voice by Vadim Prokhorov, an advocate of the Boris Nemtsov's family members.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that starting from October 3, 2016, the Moscow District Military Court considers with the involvement of the jury the case on the politician's murder. The prisoners' dock contains five natives of Chechnya. On June 21, when delivering their final speeches, the defendants pleaded not guilty.

"The murder was aimed at stopping the political and social activities of Boris Nemtsov," claimed Vadim Prokhorov.

He treats caricatures published by the French magazine "Charlie Hebdo" as an additional motive.

Vadim Prokhorov has noted that the investigators voiced the defendants' motive as getting money for the murder, but refused to talk about the motives of the person who ordered the crime.

Meanwhile, the advocate notes that subordinates of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov are displeased even by the mention of a Chechen trace in the case.

Let us remind you that the case on the Boris Nemtsov's murder involves Chechen officers Ruslan Mukhudinov, Ruslan Geremeev, and Beslan Shavanov, who was killed during his detention. The investigators treat Ruslan Mukhudinov, a driver of Ruslan Geremeev, as the person who ordered the Boris Nemtsov's murder. However, according to the politician's family members, the person who ordered the murder should be sought among top-ranking officials of Chechnya.
