Judicial investigation into Boris Nemtsov's murder completed

In the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder, the Moscow District Military Court has scheduled the debate of the parties for June 1. The investigation has been declared to be completed. Defendant Tamerlan Eskerkhanov was removed from the trial until the end of the debate.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 3, 2016, the case on Boris Nemtsov's murder, the court began the consideration with the involvement of the jury. The recent court session was held on May 25. In its course, Alexei Venediktov, the editor-in-chief of the "Ekho Moskvy", reported the Boris Nemtsov's complaints about the threats from "Kadyrov subordinates." On May 30, the court dismissed a motion to challenge the judge.

"Tamerlan Eskerkhanov violates the rights and brings to the jury the information that cannot be voiced. He does not respect the participants of the trial. The court removes the defendant until the completion of the debate of the parties," announced Judge Yuri Zhitnikov as quoted by the city news agency "Moscow".

Tamerlan Eskerkhanov himself has claimed that he does not trust the judges.

Let us remind you that on April 11, brothers Anzor and Shadid Gubashev, two more defendants, were removed from the trial until the end of the debate.

According to the victims' advocates, the investigators are trying to remove a blow from subordinates of the Chechen leader.
