Court trying Nemtsov's case summons Ruslan Geremeev for questioning

Today, the court has granted the defence's motion to question Ruslan Geremeev, a figurant in Boris Nemtsov's murder case, and his brother Arthur Geremeev.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Moscow District Military Court began considering the case with the participation of a jury on October 3.

The figurants in the case are Chechen officers Ruslan Mukhudinov, Ruslan Geremeev and Beslan Shavanov; the latter was killed during detention. Investigators believe that Mukhudinov was the customer and the organizer of the murder. He had been put on the international wanted list.

Today, Olga Mikhailova, one of the advocates, petitioned to summon for questioning Ruslan and Arthur Geremeev, as well as Aslanbek Khataev and Shamkhan Tazabaev, former employees of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

The court granted the petition in part by deciding to question Ruslan and Arthur Geremeev. The questioning of Tazabaev was denied.

Let us remind you that according to the witness Larisa Amalchieva, the director general of a real estate company, Arthur Geremeev, a brother of Ruslan Geremeev, was the owner of the apartment, which was visited by the alleged gunman Zaur Dadaev.
