Bus passengers in Rostov-on-Don evacuated after bomb report
The bomb-disposal experts, who came to inspect the interior of the bus en route from Makhachkala, did not find any explosives.
A report about a suspicious object found in the luggage section of a passenger double-decker bus, was received by police at 2:00 p.m. Moscow time. The bomb experts arrived in Levoberezhnaya Street, near the exit from the AksaiBridge.
The passengers of the bus and the drivers were evacuated. After the respective inspection, it became clear that there ware no explosives in the bus, the "RostovDrive.ru" reports with reference to a source from the Chief Department for the Rostov Region of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported about evacuations of people from the main and suburban railway stations, the main bus station and the Rostov Airport, because of messages about bombs received in late March. In the building of the RostovAirport, law enforcers found an unattended bag; while an unidentified person reported a bomb planted in one of the railway stations. In all the cases, information proved to be false.
