The Makhachkala authorities asked the protestors to stop the rally and promised "to arrange a meeting with the person to answer their questions."

According to the relatives of the disappeared residents of Dagestan, tonight, they met Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Jafarov.

Madina Islamova, the wife of Shamil Djamaludinov, has noted that in case if the relatives of the disappeared men "do not receive the information on their whereabouts till October 6, they will come to a rally again."
