Persons involved in trial in case on Boris Nemtsov's murder criticize investigators

Investigators failed to identify the organizers of the Boris Nemtsov's murder and the motive for the crime. Meanwhile, they ignored part of the evidence. This was stated by Olga Mikhailova, who represented the interests of the victim party. According to the defendants' advocates, the guilt of their clients has not been proven.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the jury for the trail in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder was formed on September 28.

Today, at the Moscow District Military Court, representatives of the Nemtsov's family reminded the audience that they filed a request to resume the preliminary investigation, but their motion was refused.

According to Olga Mikhailova, the case materials contain no videos of the Federal Security Service from CCTV cameras in the centre of Moscow, where Boris Nemtsov was killed.

Meanwhile, advocate Zaurbek Sadakhanov doubted "the quality of the investigation." Furthermore, the defendants' advocates asked the Court to provide their clients with time to perform religious rituals, "since they were faithful Muslims."
