Ramzan Kadyrov reports to Vladimir Putin about progress in economy of Chechnya

At the meeting with the Russian President, Ramzan Kadyrov has reported to Vladimir Putin on the increase in the number of milk cows in Chechnya, the growth of teachers' salaries, and the reduction in unemployment. The President has expressed interest in the Ramzan Kadyrov's proposal to attend training of athletes of the "Edelweiss" Judo Club in Grozny.

The working meeting of Vladimir Putin with acting Chechen leader took place in the Kremlin on August 25, reports the press service of the Russian President.

"Concerning import substitution in the agricultural sphere, we have launched a dairy complex for 1200 milk cows and a feed centre for 4000 head of cattle," the website of the Russian presidential administration quotes Ramzan Kadyrov as reporting.

This year, according to the acting Chechen leader, unemployment has been reduced in the republic.

Besides, Ramzan Kadyrov has also reported that in Chechnya, "the situation is stable, especially with regard to serious or very serious crimes of terrorist nature."

He has also noted that the Chechen authorities are "well prepared" for the new school year.

The acting Chechen leader has also added that by the end of the year, about 4000 residents of Chechnya will be accommodated in new houses.
