The "Islamic State" (IS), banned in Russia by the court and recognized as a terrorist grouping, has disseminated a video calling for a jihad in Russia. According to the "Reuters", the video was posted on YouTube. The video lasts for nine minutes: a voice with background of some people in desert speaks out threats against Russia.
