Three power agents wounded in Derbent are in grave condition

The policemen wounded during a special operation in Derbent, have been transferred from the city hospital into the medical unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in Makhachkala. The health condition of three of the 15 hospitalized patients is estimated as grave.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 14, in Derbent, in Krepostnaya Street, an apartment was blocked, in which suspects of killing the father of the former Mayor were hiding. Then, power agents reported the killing of four suspected militants. As of 6:00 a.m. Moscow time on May 15, the number of wounded law enforcers reached 17.

According to the head of the intensive care unit of the central city hospital, they had accepted 17 wounded policemen; 15 of them were hospitalized.

Later, as reported by the press service of the administration of Derbent, all the wounded policemen were transferred from the hospital in the medical unit of the Dagestani MIA, located in Makhachkala.

Let us note here that the resources belonging to "the Islamic State" (IS) (banned in the Russian Federation) reported that the attackers of the policemen were members of the IS.
