Kadyrov promises Kenkhi villagers to solve road and gas problems in three months

Ramzan Kadyrov has ordered to repair roads and tower complexes, supply gas and build mosques in the Sharoy District of Chechnya within three months. He announced these plans at a meeting with residents of the village of Kenkhi, one of whom – Ramazan Djalaldinov – had complained to Putin about corruption in the district.

On May 6, Kadyrov paid a visit to the Sharoy District, in particular, to the village of Kenkhi, where he met local residents, a source from the office of the head and the government of Chechnya told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The source has assured that the reconstruction works in the district have already begun.

"In the next three months, it is planned to solve the issues of gas supply to dwelling settlements, build several mosques, repair roads and restore ancient tower complexes," he explained.

By the outcomes of Kadyrov’s visit, the "Grozny TV" Channel showed a half-hour report, showing has meeting with Kenkhi villagers.

During the meeting, one of the women stated to Kadyrov that Djalaldinov had threatened to kill her with murder, and for a long time traded in weapons. A law enforcement source said, in his turn, that Djalaldinov was a militants’ helper.

Kadyrov has also stated that Chechnya’s opponents are jealous of how successfully the region is developing. Among the main republic’s opponents he mentioned "some human rights activists."

At the meeting with Kadyrov, four or five people tried to speak and support Djalaldinov’s words, the “Chernovik” writes with reference to eyewitnesses. Residents of neighbouring villages were going to support them, but they were not admitted to the meeting.
