CTO legal regime introduced in Stavropol Territory

Today, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime has been introduced after the explosions within the territory of the Novoselitsky Municipal District of the Stavropol Territory. This was reported by the Russian FSB Department for the Stavropol Territory.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, the ROVD (District Interior Division) for the Novoselitsky District of the Stavropol Territory has been attacked. According sources from the law enforcement bodies, three suicide bombers blew themselves up near the ROVD building. No civilians or policemen fell victim to the attack, reports the Department for the Stavropol Territory of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

According to the FSB Department for the Stavropol Territory, the CTO legal regime was introduced in the Novoselitsky District at 11:00 a.m. Moscow time.

It should be noted that the Governor of the Stavropol Territory ordered to evacuate people from kindergartens, schools, and hospitals of the village of Novoselitskoe, a centre of the Novoselitsky District. According to the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, he issued instructions to take measures to protect kindergartens, schools, and hospitals throughout the Stavropol Territory.
