Ruslan Mukhudinov charged in absentia with murder of Boris Nemtsov

In the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder, investigators have filed the charge in absentia against Ruslan Mukhutdinov, a fighter of the battalion "Sever" (North), and he has been put on the wanted list. This was reported by advocate Vadim Prokhorov.

Boris Nemtsov was shot dead on February 27 in Moscow. In connection with the crime, five natives of Chechnya and Ingushetia were detained, namely: Zaur Dadaev, Anzor Gubashev, Khamzat Bakhaev, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov and Shagid Gubashev.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 9, the "Kommersant" reported with reference to its sources that in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder, the investigating bodies instructed field investigators to find Ruslan Geremeev for questioning as a witness. Later, the media reported that he left Russia. On May 22, the "Kommersant" reported on the new suspect in the case - Ruslan Mukhudinov, a resident of Chechnya.

On Friday, November 6, the investigators charged Ruslan Mukhudinov in absentia with the organization of the murder of Boris Nemtsov. This has been reported today by advocate Vadim Prokhorov, who represents the interests of the victim party.

"He (Mukhudinov) has been put on the federal wanted list," Vadim Prokhorov has stated.

Vadim Prokhorov hopes that in the near future, a similar charge will be filed against Ruslan Geremeev, the "Russian News Service" reports.
