Administrator of Dagestani children's club states that his entity was checked by armed persons

On November 26, on the initiative of the Centre for Combating Extremism (CCE), the children's club "Amanat" was inspected, said Zarema Alieva, the club administrator, adding that armed men were involved in the inspection, who exerted psychological pressure on children.

She told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on November 26, at about 8 a.m., agents of the CCE, local policemen and employees of the Service for Minors' Affairs (SMA) came to the clubhouse.

During the inspection, the employees of the CCE and SMA visited the clubhouse rooms and, according to Alieva, were "as a matter of fact, questioning children." She could not specify the questions, but she heard one of the women of the SMA calling girls "liars".

"Such an attitude towards children causes indignation. These interviews were held without children's parents and a child psychologist, which is a violation of the law by the inspectors," Zarema Alieva is sure.

However, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the SMA that there were no interviews or interrogations of children during the inspection – it was just a communication with them to get acquainted.
