Kalmykia: court marshals notify residents about their debts over Internet
The website of the Department for Kalmykia of the Federal Service of Court Marshals has launched a new service that allows residents to know about their debt within the instituted executive proceedings.
The service helps to get information about the presence or absence of such debts, to print a receipt for payment or to pay off the debt without a commission fee through the electronic payment system.
Now, public are not only the dates of the judicial act and of institution of the executive proceeding, and the subject of execution, but also the personal data of the debtor. For individuals, these are the first name, patronymic and surname; for legal entities – the name and legal address.
According to Galina Zvyagina, Deputy Chief Court Marshal of the Republic of Kalmykia, to date, the database of the executive proceedings of the Department for Kalmykia keeps over 34,000 debtors.
"If you find your data in the databank of executive proceedings, please contact the Service of Court Marshals, the contacts of which are also available on the website. Specialists will provide you with comprehensive information about the already taken and possible measures of enforcement," Delgir Bodgaeva, the press secretary of the Service, has added.
The court marshals have repeatedly resorted to various methods aiming to remind debtors, in particular, alimony ones, about their obligations.
