Trial on the case of Dvorakovsky in Stavropol region appointed on March, 19
The first session of Stavropol regional court where the case of Victor Dvorakovsky accused of preparation of an act of terror will be considered on the merits was appointed on March, 19, Press secretary of the court Violetta Bondareva informed.
According to Press secretary of the court Violetta Bondareva, the decision on the date of the first trial on Dvorakovsky’s case was taken at a preliminary hearing. The session was closed for the press, STRC “Stavropolye” reports.
It is not yet known whether representatives of mass media will be admitted to the first hearing on the merits, “Federal Press” reports.
According to Stavropol regional Public prosecutor’s office, Dvorakovsky is accused of preparation of an act of terror, infringement on the lives of law enforcement personnel, illegal manufacturing and storage of explosive devices, swindle and extremism.
Another person involved in Dvorakovsky’s case is Vladimir Skirko accused of extremism and illegal purchasing and storage of narcotic drugs.
The “Caucasian Knot” has no comments from Dvorakovsky and Skirko’s attorneys concerning the charges brought against them yet.
