In "Domodedovo" Airport explosion case, natives of Ingushetia face final charges
Four natives of Ingushetia Yandiev brothers, Akhmed Evloev, and Bashir Khamkhoev were filed final charges in the case of the terror act at the Moscow "Domodedovo" Airport. This was reported by Vladimir Markin, Spokesman of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).
The charges in the case of the terror act at the "Domodedovo" Airport were filed on January 24, on the anniversary of the explosion, against four natives of Ingushetia Ilez and Islam Yandiev, Akhmed Evloev, and Bashir Khamkhoev.
"At present, the victims began to examine the materials of the criminal case, after that, the materials will be brought for examination to the defendants and their lawyers," the RIA "Novosti" quotes Vladimir Markin as saying.
Investigators revealed that the terror act was organized by Dokku Umarov, the leader of the "Imarat Kavkaz", who guided the group led by Aslan Byutukaev and Supyan Abdullaev, who chose and trained Magomed Evloev to commit a suicide bombing. In total, the organized criminal grouping consisted of about 35 persons, the ICRF's website reports.
"Umarov, Byutukaev, Rustam Altemirov, Zaurbek Amriev, Mikail Bogatyrev, Islam Evloev, and Ibragim Torshkhoev were put into the wanted list. They were charged in absentia of committing grave and especially grave crimes of a terror nature," stated Vladimir Markin. At present, the investigators verify the information that Altemirov and Amriev were killed in Istanbul on September 16, 2011, the "ITAR-TASS" reports.
At present, the "Caucasian Knot" has no comments of the defendants or their representatives.
