An Armenian soldier killed in the zone of Karabakh conflict
A serviceman of statutory service of Armenian Armed Forces perished on February, 23, as a result of sniper’s fire from Azerbaijani territory, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia reported.
The accident took place at about 13:50 at a battle position dislocated near the settlement of Chinari, Tavush district of Armenia.
The twenty-years-old soldier of statutory service Albert Adibekyan got a bullet wounding in his head, “Novosti-Armenia” reports.
David Karapetyan, Press secretary of the Minister of Defense of Armenia, declared that the “command personnel of Military Forces of Azerbaijan would have to take responsibility for their actions”, NEWS.am reports.
The Azerbaijani party has not commented on the accident yet.
