In Kabardino-Balkaria, experts exhume bodies of children who died in Nalchik hospital
Experts have exhumed the bodies of six infants who died in the Republic's Children Clinical Hospital in Nalchik, said the spokesman for the Investigatory Department for Kabardino-Balkaria of the ICRF.
"The exhumation was carried out in two stages. Firstly, we exhumed the bodies of three babies, whose parents gave consent for the procedure, and then – three more bodies, whose exhumation was sanctioned by the court," said a source from the investigation.
He added that examination results would be known in about a month, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
According to the ICRF, the Prosecutor's Office of Kabardino-Balkaria has appealed against the earlier decision of the court to refuse exhumation of the bodies of two more babies. It was motivated by the fact that their death occurred before the cases of electricity outage at the hospital.
