Stavropol Territory: case of accused terrorists Victor Dvorakovskiy sent to court
In the Stavropol Territory, the criminal case against Victor Dvorakovskiy, accused of preparing a terror act, encroachment on law enforcers' lives, illegal production and possession of explosive devices, incitement of hatred and a fraud, has been sent to the court.
According to the press service of the Stavropol Territorial Prosecutor's Office, Vladimir Skirko, a Dvorakovskiy's accomplice, is also a figurant in the criminal case. Skirko is accused of inciting hatred and enmity, as well as the illegal acquisition and possession of drugs, the "Interfax" has stated today.
According to investigators, from March to May 7, 2010, Skirko and Dvorakovskiy showed to three persons audio and video reports of the warfare of illegal armed formations (IAFs) against Russian Federal Armed Forces, as well as lectures of extremist ideologues of Islam, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
