Ingush authorities encourage creative people to develop their businesses
Now, entrepreneurs of Ingushetia have no need to collect documents for years in order to open their own business: it is enough to explain – in their own words – what they want and get a subsidy, the republic's authorities have stated at the meeting of entrepreneurs with state officials held in Ingushetia.
At the meeting held on February 7, the authorities told about why it was necessary to ask for help, and what was done to ensure that this help would not be burdensome. Entrepreneurs, in their turn, shared their experiences of obtaining state money for their private projects.
According to Kureish Evloev, one of the organizers of the meeting and Director of the Cultural and Educational Centre "Art-Bos", the aim of the meeting was "to give residents of the republic a chance to get united and claim for state support."
"The bureaucratic red tape hinders creative people. Many do not believe that they can get a subsidy. Therefore, last year the republic's leadership simplified this program down to nothing," said Evloev. "A person can explain in own words what he or she wants and how much money is needed. The Employment Centre has already serviced 72 persons."
Yusup Zurabov, the head of the Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship and Development of Competition of the Republic of Ingushetia, has noted that "the Fund is interested in those entrepreneurs, who took the loan, are able to earn for themselves and for repayment."
"To date, about 290 people, who have received micro-loans, are the people who started from scratch; however, they pay taxes, manage to fill up their wage fund, and create more jobs," said Zurabov.
