Today, the Karabulak Court of Ingushetia held a session on the case of former employees of the Ingush Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) Nazir Guliev and Ilyas Nalgiev, accused of torturing their detainees. During the court session, Gazdieva, a defence witness was questioned and asserted that Ilyas Nalgiev had an alibi.

Guliev's interests were represented by the state lawyer Rosa Dzeitova. His first advocate Magomed Magomadov failed to appear; Chitigov's advocates were also absent.

Gazdieva, a defence witness was questioned; she works as a nurse of the ENT Department of the Central Republic's Hospital. According to her story, from April 16 to May 8, 2010, Nalgiev took his inpatient treatment, and all this time he did not leave the hospital.
