Djioeva intends to bring the authorities of South Ossetia to account for the storm of her election staff

Ex-candidate for presidency of South Ossetia Alla Djioeva issued a statement in which she asks personally Vadim Brovtsev acting as President of the republic to explain the reasons for the storm of her election staff on February, 9. The statement also runs that Djioeva is going to bring all those guilty of the assault at her staff to account, including a possible appeal to the European Court.

In her statement Djioeva asks Brovtsev directly "who and for what reasons" ordered to storm her election staff, smash it up and "torture" her and her supporters. She also demands to explain the reasons for beating up and detention of her supporters and accuses representatives of Prosecutor General's of the republic of violating human rights.

In her statement Djioeva "as a citizen of Russia" declares that she will bring all those guilty, including Brovtsev personally, before the court in Russia and in Strasbourg if necessary".

There has been no reply to the statement of the leader of South Ossetian opposition from the authorities of South Ossetia yet.
