In Novorossiysk, relatives of two hurricane casualties to receive 500,000 roubles
The authorities of Novorossiysk have decided to provide financial assistance amounting to 500,000 roubles to the families of two women killed in the January storm.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 27 in Novorossiysk, two women fell victim to the storm wind, blasts of which reached 35 meters per second. Women were thrown under cars by the wind, and they received fatal injuries.
Two minor children left their mothers. Vladimir Sinyagovsky, Mayor of Novorossiysk, has decided to provide financial assistance to each family in the amount of 500,000 roubles. The issue about guardianship is resolved, minor children were brought to their relatives, the "Interfax" reports with reference to the press service of the city administration.
Let us remind you that on February 7, the storm wind with speed of up to 47 meters per second also descended upon the Krasnodar Territory. In Novorossiysk, which like Gelendzhik met the hardest strokes of the disaster, the heat and electricity supply has been already recovered.
According to Natalia Majorova, Deputy Chief of the Administration of Novorossiysk on Social Affairs, all the problems caused by bad weather absence of heat, electricity, and water supply, have been solved. Damage caused by the wind is being eliminated. On February 15, children will go to schools with the familiar warm conditions, the Novorossiysk "Municipalnaya Novostnaya Lenta" reports.
