Investigator: Djioeva is going to be interrogated on the case of preparation for seizure of power
An investigator arrived in Djioeva's staff with a summons to Prosecutor General's for it was necessary to interrogate her on a criminal case of preparation for seizure of power which is under investigation in Prosecutor General's of South Ossetia. This was declared by Alan Pliev, Senior investigator of cases of particular importance.
"Investigative department of Prosecutor General's is carrying out the proceedings on a criminal case of preparation for forcible seizure of power by Djioeva", investigator Alan Pliev said adding that the case was initiated on the fact of attempt of seizure of a complex of buildings where bodies of executive authority of the republic are located.
"Today Djioeva was handed a summons for interrogation as a witness on this case. During the conversation she suddenly felt bad. It was personally me who called the ambulance and the flying squad", Pliev said reminding that he was carrying out the criminal proceedings.
The investigator of Prosecutor General's explained that the policemen were called for the reason that there were 25 civilians "expressing their discontent with the events" in the house where Djioeva's staff was located, RIA "Novosti" reports.
The officer acting as Prosecutor General of South Ossetia specified that the case was initiated on the fact of the events in Thkhinvali on November, 30, 2011, "Interfax" reports.
It should be reminded that on that day Alla Djioeva's supporters dissatisfied with the verdict of the Supreme Court of South Ossetia of repeal of election results according to which she won the election attempted to burst into the office of CEC using force.
We will also remind that according to a decision of the Parliament of South Ossetia, new presidential election will be held on March, 25. However, Djioeva considers herself winner of the election of November, 2011, and appointed her inauguration as President of the republic on February, 10.
On February, 9, Vadim Brovtsev acting as Head of South Ossetia estimated the statements of Alla Djioeva who was planning to proclaim herself Head of South Ossetia as a call for an attempt of forcible seizure of power.
