In Astrakhan, court leaves lawsuit claiming to deprive Drobinskaya of custody over disabled children without consideration

The statement of claim was filed on January 17; and on January 18 it was accepted by the court to consideration.
In its lawsuit, the Centre of Social Support of Population had asked to oblige Drobinskaya to return minor children to the bodies of custody and guardianship until the results of the check of the facts of her improper execution of her custody guardianship responsibilities are known.
Judge Olga Krivosheeva, who chaired the today's session, has satisfied the motion of the claimant, who was not present at the session, to hold the hearing behind closed doors.
