Chechen CEC receives special stamps for ballot papers
The Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Chechen Republic has received almost 618,000 special stamps for ballot papers to be used at the upcoming Russian presidential election.
"The republic's CEC has received special stamps (labels), made by the CEC of Russia to mark ballot papers at the upcoming on March 4 presidential election," said a source from the Chechen CEC.
The source has explained that the special stamps are intended to prevent forgery of ballot papers.
